A new prohormone company enters the market – Rx Pharma Labs.  Are they legit?  Here’s a look at their offerings.

Rx Pharma Labs is a very new prohormone company.  To be honest I had never heard of them until they started pushing ads heavily on facebook (apparently facebook ad targeting works since it found me).  Currently they have no website of their own (although their facebook says it will be www.rxpharmalabs.com).  The company mission statement is much like any other prohormone company, including pharmaceutical grade quality claims.

Rx Pharma Labs currently has four products for sale:

  1. Epi-Rx 15 – An epistane clone
  2. Epi-Tren Rx – An epistane and trenavar combination prohormone
  3. Tri-Plexx Rx – A three prohormone/designer steroid combo
  4. Quad-Plexx Rx – A four (go figure) prohormone/designer steroid combo

Epi-Rx 15 and Epi-Tren Rx

Epistane clones are common, so there isnt much to say about Epi-Rx 15.  Prices seem to be in the $39 to $45 dollar range for a bottle of 90 capsules of 15 milligrams each (or 1.35 grams per bottle).  This is a competitive price range especially since the capsules are each 15 mg’s, while most competitors use 90 capsule bottles of 10 mg capsules.  In my opinion (epistane dosing opinions vary mildly), a great epistane dose is 40 to 60 mg’s per day, so 3 or 4 capsules per day of Epi-RX is a very good solo epistane cycle.  Epistane is great for adding relatively dry lean body mass and strength without many side effects.

Epi-Tren Rx builds up Epi-RX 15 by adding in 15 milligrams of trenavar per capsule (on top the 15 mg’s of epistane).  The price of course goes up with the added prohormone.  As a reminder trenavar is one of the few prohormones that converts into the god of hormones – trenbolone.  However most guys like trenavar at a dose of 90 to 200 mg’s per day, leaving Epi-Tren Rx in an awkward dosing combination.  At 3-4 capsules per day that gives you only 45 to 60 milligrams of trenavar.  Admittedly you may not need as much with the epistane, but I’d still say slightly more is necessary to have any noticeable effect.

Tri-Plexx Rx

Tri-Plexx Rx Xtreme includes three different compounds:

  1. Dymethazine (DMZ or 17b-hydroxy-2a,17b-dimethyl-5a-androstan-3-one-azine) – 25 mg’s/capsule
  2. M1,4ADD (or Methyl-1,4 androstenediol) – 30 mg’s/capsule
  3. Trenavar (Trendione or Estra-4,9,11-triene-3,17-dione) – 15 mg’s per capsule

The idea here is simple, a great lean mass builder like DMZ combined with an aromatizable steroid like M1-4ADD to add water retention/strength, and top it off with trenavar to give a lean vascular look with lasting gains.  Is this my favorite combo designer steroid product?  Definitely not.  My major gripe with this product (and any product that uses this) is the M1,4ADD.  M1,4ADD is a prohormone to dianabol (d-bol), but it’s history is weak with anecdote and there are a lot of complaints of gyno with this compound.  This product would be infinitely better if they had used something like a standard test base (see Dermacrine vs. 4-AD vs. Stano vs. Trest), or a better designed d-bol precursor like Celtic Labs Dianodrol.  Finally, this is likely not something for beginners.

Quad-Plexx Rx

Quad-Plexx Rx is the big boy in the Rx Pharma Labs line up.  It is for experienced users only as it includes four different compounds in a 90 capsule bottle:

  1. Dymethazine (DMZ or 17b-hydroxy-2a,17b-dimethyl-5a-androstan-3-one-azine) – 25 mg’s/capsule
  2. M1,4ADD (or Methyl-1,4 androstenediol) – 30 mg’s/capsule
  3. Max-LMG (Methoxygonadiene or 13-ethyl-3-methoxy-gona-2, 5(10)-diene-17-one) – 25 mg’s/capsule
  4. Methylstenbolone (or 2, 17a-dimethyl-17b-hydroxy-5a-androst-1-en-3-one) – 15 mg’s/capsule

This product will no doubt add on noticeable amounts of size very quickly for most users.  However the combination of M1,4ADD and Max-LMG can be a potentially dangerous one if you are sensitive to estrogenic sides.  Max-LMG, like M1,4ADD, is noted for adding a significant amount of water retention.  It is believed to convert to 18-methyl-19-nortestosterone (see Total Flex Blog for details), and the history of anecdotal feedback suggests it does aromatize to a great degree.

These two combined with methysten and DMZ, which we have previously seen to be harsh on the liver make this a very side effect prone product.  Things to watch out for will include blood pressure spikes, gyno (nipple sensitivity), lipid mash-ups, and elevated liver enzymes.  It would be wise to include a solid support product such as 800 to 1200 mg’s of NAC (n-acetyl-cysteine) or TUDCA.  Blood pressure can be managed with something as simple as 1 baby aspirin per day, or a potassium nitrate supplement.  Overall this is not something I would personally choose to use, but if you do, keep the cycles under 4 weeks log at recommended doses.

Prohormone Store 1 is another great place where you can buy prohormones online.
