Latest research isn’t exactly the right phrase to describe a review paper. But in general when Stu Phillips renowned protein researcher publishes a review paper you can generally assume it’s really good information.
This particular paper caught my eye after Chad Macias (diet and training coach for some high level UFC fighters) commented on it as follows:
If you don’t want to do the math .4 grams/kg is about 36 grams of protein per meal for a 200lb guy.
Keep in mind this is not in assisted (anabolic steroids) weight trainees. I think most people would agree it is higher in those using “super supplements”.
